TASTING NOTES
- A mix of white, yellow, and red fruits with a fruity nose
- Lovely length on the palate with a vibrant, robust character, full of roundness and fruit.
METHOD
- Vinification by crus and grape varieties in small volumes
- Ageing on lees minimum 6 months
- Base vintage 2021 + 50% reserve wine from the previous three vintages
- Aged for 6 month on the lees in stainless steel tanks after first fermentation
- Aged for a minimum of 15 months in the bottle after second fermentation

- Ageing potential: Up to 3 years, best enjoyed young to savor its fresh fruit character.
- Pairings: Champagne at all times, shellfish, cooked fish, white meat, rillettes
