This Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is representative of the calcareous soil of the Côte des Blancs
WINE MAKING
- Blending with 30% of wine without malotactic fermentation to preserve the natural freshness of the wine
- Manual harvest
- Vinification per parcel
- Aged for 6 month on the lees in stainless steel tanks after first fermentation
- Aged for a minimum of 48 months in the bottle after second fermentation

- Grapes: 100% Chardonnay. Avize - Oger - Cramant
- Dosage: Low dosage (6g p/l)
- Vintage: 2018 + 30% reserve wine from the 2-3 previous vintages
TASTING NOTES
- Eye: Yellow colour with golden hues
- Nose: Fresh notes, citrus fruits and freshly baked cake
- Palate: White fruits, citrus, well balanced with floral notes and minerality
- Food pairing: Oysters, salmon carpaccio, seafood, grilled vegetables with cold cuts
