  • Blending with 30% of wine without malolactic fermentation to preserve the natural freshness of the wine
  • This cuvee is produced only from the estate owned plots with the best exposure, exclusively vinified with the grapes of the 2013 harvest

  • Aged for 6 month on the lees in stainless steel tanks
after first fermentation
